One of America’s oldest cocktails, created in the 1850s at the Sazerac cafe in New Orleans. Originally made with cognac.

- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 6 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 5 ml Simple Syrup
Method for creating a Sazerak cocktail
Crush ice cube with all ingredients, stir in mixing glass with lots of ice, strain
