A historic and artisanally produced Mexican Tequila brand originating from the Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato — a state outside the traditional Jalisco Tequila heartland but officially within the Denomination of Origin area — with distilling records on the estate dating back to 1755, making it one of the oldest Tequila-producing sites in Mexico. Corralejo is produced using a unique triple distillation process — first in copper pot stills, then in stainless steel pot stills, and finally in column stills — and aged in a combination of American, French, and Canadian oak barrels, resulting in tequilas of unusual complexity and depth that reflect centuries of accumulated distilling knowledge.
