Pisco Sour Cocktail Recipe
Created in the 1910s by American bartender Victor Morris in Lima, Peru, the Pisco Sour uses Pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 count Egg White
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Method for creating a Pisco Sour cocktail
Dry shake first, then shake with big ice, strain into glass with ice. Can also be served straight up in a coupe with no ice
